Roll it in. Hook it up. Palletize. The platform is positioned as a true plug-and-play work cell built to deploy quickly with minimal fuss. The typical 5 step deployment flow includes:

Connect power + air
Power up
Create your product
Generate your pallet pattern
Start palletizing

Options

You don’t have to “option up” just to run reliably. The base system is built to perform on day one.

Want us to recommend what you actually need (and what you don’t)? Talk to an expert — we’ll size the right configuration based on your rate, case, pallet pattern, and line layout.

Included As Standard
  • Precision case infeed + registration: Skew conveyor with metering gate consistently registers cases to the required pick position—so picks stay repeatable.
  • Dual-pick orientation (bump turn): Orients cases wide-side leading so you can run dual-pick workflows where the application allows.
  • Case pick verification: EAOT sensors confirm case presence during transfer and fault if a case is lost after picking.
  • Recorded factory acceptance test (FAT): Get a recorded 2-minute run video from INSITE for approval for 1 test size using customer-provided product. Additional factory tested sizes can be purchased as needed.
Available Options/Customizations
  • Live video customer FAT at INSITE for up to 1 day.
  • Customer FAT at INSITE for up to 1 day.
  • Customer FAT at INSITE for up to 3 days.
  • Sheet Rack — Kraft Paper: Holds kraft paper sheets for base or tier sheets between layers. (Requires additional testing with your materials.)
  • Sheet Rack — Paperboard or Corrugated: Holds paperboard/corrugate sheets for base or tier sheets between layers. (Requires additional testing with your materials.)
  • Spare Parts Kit: Limited wear parts kit to reduce downtime and speed recovery.

Palletizer Innovations

Built around a straightforward HMI workflow so you can set up products, generate pallet patterns and start running without turning changeovers into a mini-project.

Software + HMI Built for Operators (Not Programmers)

This is where the value lives. The palletizers software and HMI are designed to make setup and daily operation intuitive, reducing the need for specialized robot programming and speeding up SKU changes.

What that means for you:

  • Faster onboarding for new operators
  • Less tribal knowledge required to keep production moving
  • More consistent results across shifts and sites
Auto-Calibrated AI Vision for Depal & Repal Workflows

For plants that need more flexibility, the AI Vision option is auto-calibrated and built for real-world depalletizing and repalletizing — using intelligent path planning, optimized placement and 3D visual feedback.

Highlights:

  • True plug-and-play with automatic calibration
  • Automatic variable multi-pick support
  • Intelligent path planning + 3D visual feedback
Footprint & Mobility

Automation that fits your plant — without a floorplan rewrite.

A lot of palletizing solutions assume you have extra space, extra time, and a permanent install. This platform is different. It’s designed as a compact work cell that can be moved where you need it — so you can automate the line that’s short on labor today, then redeploy as production shifts tomorrow.

Why it matters to you:

  • Smaller footprint, faster decisions: Easier to justify when space is tight
  • Mobility = flexibility: Move it between lines, departments, or even facilities as priorities change
  • Lower “layout risk”: You’re not committing to a permanent buildout just to get palletizing relief
Speed & Safety (Powered by Doosan Collaborative Robotics)

Move more cases — without turning safety into a workaround.

A palletizer only helps if it can keep pace and keep people protected. That’s why this system is built around Doosan’s H-Series collaborative robots — a platform designed for high payload handling with built-in sensing and safety behavior that supports productive, predictable palletizing in real plants.

Doosan’s contribution to this innovation:

  • High-payload collaborative performance
H-Series models are designed for heavier handling (e.g., 20-25 kg payload with long reach options), so you can run heavier cases or multi-pick strategies where the application allows — without stepping up to a fully caged, traditional industrial robot cell.
  • Safety baked into the arm
Doosan highlights six high-performance torque sensors that enable precise, controlled motion and safer interaction — critical for palletizing environments where operators may be nearby for pallet changes, material flow or troubleshooting.
  • Standards-aligned safety approach
Doosan positions its collaborative robots as compliant with ISO 10218 and ISO/TS 15066, with collision detection behavior that stops on unexpected contact — helping reduce risk while maintaining productivity.

What it means for you:

  • Higher real-world throughput: solid rates without constant ‘fiddling’
  • More consistent operation across shifts: fewer operator-dependent adjustments
  • Safer day-to-day interaction: a platform designed to work around people — when your risk assessment supports

*Note: We use Fanuc industrial robots and appropriate safety guarding for applications that require higher speeds or payloads.

Let’s Make Palletizing the Easiest Part of Your Line

Automation should reduce complexity, not add to it. If you’re looking for a palletizer with a clean HMI and a plug-and-play deployment model, we’ll recommend the right configuration to get you a fast, reliable start-up.
