INSITE’s case loader is designed for easy, safe operation. The intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) makes it simple for operators to monitor and control the machine with minimal training. Loaders come equipped with change part storage and pop-up, adjustable lane guides for easy operation. Every loader is also equipped with advanced safety measures to ensure operator protection and meet industry standards:

  • Built in accordance with EN 954-1 or EN ISO 13849 CAT 3 for pneumatic systems and electrical safety circuits
  • Allen-Bradley Compact GuardLogix
  • Allen-Bradley 440N SensaGuard switches

Parameterized Setup

INSITE’s proprietary motion control software – powered by Rockwell controls – generates robot paths using only a few product and case specifications. Quickly generate new recipes, then easily fine tune the generated values.
