Glen A.

Glen has been with INSITE from its early years and continues to pour his extensive knowledge, experience, and passion into creating simple solutions for complicated problems.

As Advanced Mechanical Engineer, Glen designs assemblies, supports production, and finds ways to make things not “cheaper” but “better for less money.” He also serves on the Safety Steering Team at INSITE, directing the ergonomics and material handling safety teams.

Outside of work, Glen invests time in aviation and the great outdoors. He enjoys canoeing, kayaking, camping, and is currently building his own airplane—a Zenith 750 Cruzer. He serves as Alexandria’s chapter officer for the Experimental Aircraft Association and volunteers preparing for the EAA’s annual airshow in Oshkosh, WI. In spite of all the busy hours, Glen would rather wake up to a black bear outside his tent than wake up to the sounds of a city. And it usually happens most years!
