Andy B.

Andy is a leader who loves solving problems, making improvements, and working with people. As INSITE director, he ensures the team is serving their customers in alignment with the company’s core values. This includes visibility and influence on all areas of the business as well as discussion and idea creation within departments.

With a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from NDSU and an M.B.A. from the University of Mary, Andy worked in the lab automation industry for over a decade before moving on to secondary packaging with Douglas in 2023. He joined INSITE in 2025, excited for the opportunity to promote growth and positively impact both customers and employee owners.

Outside of work, Andy spends the vast majority of his time with his family, whether it be on the lake, traveling, or at home.
