About Teryl
As Director of Field Service, Teryl’s #1 objective every single day is to keep customers’ equipment operational. This includes overseeing remote and on-site technical support, caring for and training INSITE technicians, overseeing service plans and programs, and advocating for INSITE customers.
With a background as a Maintenance Officer in the United States Air Force, working within the “fire fight” of technical support hits on a number of Teryl’s strengths. She loves tackling the unknowns that each day brings, and nothing fuels her more than making a positive impact in service of others.
When she’s not at work, Teryl enjoys anything outdoors and on the water. She also loves hanging out with family and connecting with close friends.
