When you have questions or service-related issues, Mitch will likely be the first to answer your call. As Field Service Technical Advisor, Mitch helps troubleshoot issues remotely and schedules boots-on-the-ground technician support when needed.

His biggest motivation at work is connecting. Mitch loves getting to know people beyond the generic work requirements and building relationships where making a call feels like reaching out to a friend.

Outside work, Mitch enjoys everything outdoors and cooking. During the short Minnesota summers, Mitch and his wife are out on the lake boat, and during the endless winters, they spend as much time as possible ice-fishing. Mitch also loves hunting (anything) and experimenting with new foods in the kitchen or on the grill. Also, “Skol Vikings!”
