Josh’s biggest motivation at INSITE is solving complicated system-level challenges. As Senior Mechanical Engineer, he takes on a variety of responsibilities, supporting areas such as Application Engineering and Product Management.

Prior to joining INSITE, Josh worked for a number of years at Douglas in the Engineering, R&D, and Operational Excellence departments. He saw INSITE as a paradigm shift and was intrigued by the challenge of leveraging mass production to provide a standard, high-quality machine to a vast array of customers.

In his personal time, Josh enjoys woodworking and hiking.
