Beginning with the date the equipment is shipped from INSITE’s facility, all new INSITE-manufactured packaging machines are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following warranty periods:

  • The base frame on all INSITE packaging equipment is warrantied for the life of the machine.
  • Standard INSITE components can be found here and are warrantied for 3 years.
  • Any components that you specify as a buyer of our equipment is covered under a 1-year warranty.
